Median home valuations in Mansfield rose to $210,844 in August 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in August 2017 in Mansfield rose by $20,062 while total valuation decreased by 14.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 171 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $210,844 - a 10.5% increase over the $190,783 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 200 homes sold in Mansfield in August 2016.
