Rising home valuations in Crowley in July 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in July 2017 in Crowley rose by $22,284 while total valuation increased by 31.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $149,943 - a 17.5% increase over the $127,659 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Crowley in July 2016.
