Burleson median home valuations rose by 19.5% in July 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in July 2017 in Burleson rose by $28,344 while total valuation decreased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 40 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $173,665 - a 19.5% increase over the $145,321 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Burleson in July 2016.
