The median assessed value of a home sold in July 2017 in Kennedale rose by $79,857 while total valuation increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $177,031 - a 82.2% increase over the $97,174 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Kennedale in July 2016.
