July 2017: Home valuations in Mansfield increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in July 2017 in Mansfield rose by $30,235 while total valuation decreased by 16.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 144 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $220,095 - a 15.9% increase over the $189,860 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 173 homes sold in Mansfield in July 2016.
