Valuation for the median home in Crowley increased during June 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2017 in Crowley rose by $31,059 while total valuation decreased by 27.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 43 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $159,599 - a 24.2% increase over the $128,540 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Crowley in June 2016.
