What happened to the median home valuation in Kennedale during June 2017?

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2017 in Kennedale fell by $23,645 while total valuation increased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $166,753 - a 12.4% decrease over the $190,397 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Kennedale in June 2016.
