June 2017: Rendon experienced a 76.7% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2017 in Rendon rose by $83,729 while total valuation decreased by 22%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $192,849 - a 76.7% increase over the $109,120 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Rendon in June 2016.
