Home valuations increased in Burleson during June 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2017 in Burleson rose by $100,298 while total valuation decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $197,978 - a 102.7% increase over the $97,680 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Burleson in June 2016.
