Median home valuations in Mansfield rose to $211,387 in June 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2017 in Mansfield rose by $15,108 while total valuation decreased by 11%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 161 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $211,387 - a 7.7% increase over the $196,279 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 181 homes sold in Mansfield in June 2016.
