The median assessed value of a home sold in February 2017 in Kennedale fell by $55,826 while total valuation decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $192,240 - a 22.5% decrease over the $248,066 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Kennedale in February 2016.
