February 2017: Rendon experienced a 69.2% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in February 2017 in Rendon rose by $83,300 while total valuation decreased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $203,752 - a 69.2% increase over the $120,452 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Rendon in February 2016.
