Crowley median home valuations rose by 33% in January 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in January 2017 in Crowley rose by $41,704 while total valuation increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $167,924 - a 33% increase over the $126,221 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Crowley in January 2016.
