2021: Home valuations in Ovilla increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in 2021 in Ovilla rose by $120,635 while total valuation remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $251,220 - a 92.4% increase over the $130,585 median valuation for the previous year. There were two homes sold in Ovilla in 2020, as well.
