Mansfield median home valuations fell by 2.1% in April

The median assessed value of a home sold in April in Mansfield fell by $4,510 while total valuation decreased by 35.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 97 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $208,859 - a 2.1 percent decrease from the $213,369 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in Mansfield in April 2021.
