Clean Up Crowley

Spring/Fall Campaign

The City of Crowley organizes a “Clean Up Crowley Campaign” twice yearly, once in the spring and once in the fall.  Volunteers will meet at the Crowley Recreation Center located at 405 S. Oak Street.  Clean-up crews will be given supplies and assigned specific areas of town, parks, and roadways for clean-up.    

Clean Up Crowley event will be Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 9 a.m. at the Crowley Recreation Center.

Organization and Group Participation

This is a great activity for local clubs, organizations, families, and individuals to be involved in to help keep Crowley beautiful.  It is also a great opportunity for students needing volunteer hours.  For this effort to be a success we are asking everyone to pitch in and help “Clean Up Crowley,” including all:

• Businesses
• City facilities
• Crowley area schools
• Homeowners associations
• Local groups and organizations
• Property owners
• Residents

Ways to assist in this effort at your location include

• Volunteer. Join us at the clean-up events or create a team for trash pick-up and beautification projects.  Clean-up supply kits are available upon request
• Make sure all trash, leaves, and graffiti are removed
• Make sure properties are mowed and landscaping areas are maintained
• Doing small maintenance projects to your home, business, fences, or yard areas

DIY Rainwater Harvesting Barrel Workshop

Join our workshop to learn how and then build your own rain barrel to take home!  Workshop held after the Clean Up Event.
