On Friday, March 21 former Waxahachie High School CJ Noland competed in hopes to reach NCAA Division I Basketball Championship

On Friday, March 21, former Waxahachie High School standout CJ Noland’s current collegiate team the New Mexico Lobos won 75-66 against the Marquette Golden Eagles in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Rocket Arena, this was the first game against the Marquette Golden Eagles during the championship.

The New Mexico Lobos’ next game will take place on Sunday, March 23 at 8:40 p.m. in Rocket Arena against Michigan State Spartans.

CJ Noland’s hometown is Waxahachie and game position is guard.
