In the first quarter of 2026, Focused Care of Waxahachie, managed by Focused Post Acute Care Partners, LLC and Fpacp Ellis, LLC, received a one-star overall rating from CMS.
Since Oct. 1, 2021, Winnie-Stowell Hospital District has owned Red Oak Health and Rehabilitation Center, which earned an overall CMS rating of 3 in the first quarter of 2026.
