Kennedale median home valuations fell by 15.4% in the first quarter of 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Kennedale fell by $32,093 while total valuation decreased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 42 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $175,692 - a 15.4% decrease over the $207,785 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Kennedale in the first quarter of 2016.
