How did home valuations perform in Rendon during the first quarter of 2017?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Rendon rose by $70,481 while total valuation decreased by 33.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 67 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $202,699 - a 53.3% increase over the $132,218 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 101 homes sold in Rendon in the first quarter of 2016.
