The first quarter of 2017: Home valuations in Mansfield increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Mansfield rose by $40,175 while total valuation decreased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 339 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $245,630 - a 19.6% increase over the $205,456 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 358 homes sold in Mansfield in the first quarter of 2016.
