May 2017: Home valuations in Mansfield increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in May 2017 in Mansfield rose by $23,658 while total valuation increased by 1.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 145 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $221,878 - a 11.9% increase over the $198,220 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 143 homes sold in Mansfield in May 2016.
