Rising home valuations in Crowley in March 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in March 2017 in Crowley rose by $16,386 while total valuation increased by 11.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $144,431 - a 12.8% increase over the $128,045 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Crowley in March 2016.
