How did home valuations perform in Kennedale during March 2017?

The median assessed value of a home sold in March 2017 in Kennedale fell by $48,062 while total valuation decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $210,200 - a 18.6% decrease over the $258,261 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Kennedale in March 2016.
