March 2017: Home valuations in Mansfield increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in March 2017 in Mansfield rose by $40,744 while total valuation decreased by 10.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 152 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $245,267 - a 19.9% increase over the $204,523 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 169 homes sold in Mansfield in March 2016.
