The City of Joshua mailed bills for trash/re-cycling last week, with a due date of January 15, 2023. The city billing was billed with a due date following the month of service. Under the new billing,
Waste Connections will bill directly to the customer, however they bill during the month of service, at the beginning of the month, due upon receipt. That bill, which has been reduced is paid directly to Waste Connections, not the City of Joshua.
Your latest bill from the City with a due date of January 15 is the last bill you will receive from the City and is for the month of December 2022. We apologize for any confusion.
