Crowley Public Library is excited to announce that it is one of 10 libraries nationwide, and the only one in Texas, selected to host the interactive traveling exhibit, "Discover Exoplanets: The Search for Alien Worlds."
This exhibit is made possible through NASA's Universe of Learning based upon work supported by NASA under award number NNX16AC65A to the Space Telescope Science Institute, working in partnership with Caltech/IPAC, Center for Astrophysics|Harvard and Smithsonian, and Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
It provides an introduction to the search for life on other planets, and the tools NASA scientists use to search for exoplanets. The exhibit will visit our community in the fall of 2023.
*Partner Organizations include National Center for Interactive Learning (NCIL) at the Space Science Institute (SSI), NASA@myLibrary, and StarNet.
