The City of Burleson launches BTX311, a new way to call, click and connect with the city. The non-emergency call center begins assisting the public on Monday, March 13.

Burleson 311 is a one-stop-shop that allows citizens to report non-emergency issues and request services. Whether by phone call, online or through our app, it serves as a central hub for citizens to get information, request services, and report problems in the community.

The new 311 system will streamline processes to improve response times, limit phone transfers, and reduce non-emergency calls to 911.

How to connect with BTX 311

  • Phone: Simply call 311
  • Mobile App: Search BTX311 in the App Store or Google Play
  • Website: Submit online directly to the 311 website, www.burlesontx.com/311 or through the city’s homepage.
